Jerry is a qualified company secretary with more than a decade of experience supporting Malaysian SMEs in corporate formation, statutory compliance, and regulatory matters under the Companies Act 2016.

His work spans the full lifecycle of Sdn Bhd entities — from incorporation and name approval to annual filings and liaison with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).

In addition to his core secretarial role, Jerry brings a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and audit principles, enabling him to provide well-rounded guidance that considers both governance and financial compliance. This multidisciplinary background allows him to collaborate effectively with auditors, tax agents, and business owners to ensure regulatory alignment and operational clarity.

He is known for his methodical approach, attention to detail, and practical understanding of Malaysia’s corporate landscape.

Sandy Cheah

Sandy is a qualified company secretary and earned the most senior grade (fellowship) from the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA).

She has more than a decade of experience as an in-house company secretarial supporting Multinational Corporation (MNC) for company secretarial matters.

In addition to her core secretarial role, Sandy brings a strong foundation in treasury matters.
